T2 is inherently better by the fact that they get 4 bonuses and a role bonus. They then get their T2 resists or T1.5 resists depending on the ship. They should be inherently better than T1 equivalents.

AF's lacking a role are strictly inferior to T1 and some have worse capacitor than their T1 variants. They haven't been updated in 6 years and they're garbage all around. Even then they have their role
T2 HAC's have their roles specifically dolled out. Each race has a brawler and a kiter type ship. The brawler usually boasts tank and damage where the kiter boasts speed and long range affinity.
Command ships ALL have a role of links, their combat capabilities are heavily limited except in fringe cases like PL's astarte fleet and Slepnirs.
T2 battleships have obvious roles of marauders and blackops that should be obvious.

synonymous. A Role filled is a specific way the ship excels at. What you're implying is that since "brawling" is somehow magically unique therefore it has no basis to run on which is not true at all.
Not every ship can have unique functionality like the blops do with bridging, or the marauders do with their gimmick bastion. They're called RECON and HEAVY ASSAULT CRUISERS for a reason because thats the role they fill

Horde and Waffles are not corps you join if you have a lot of respect for yourself. They're basically second class PL citizens. You join them to get some sort of content and to let a little bit of the "prestige" of PL rub off on you and to have the confidence that if anything goes REALLY tits up PL MIGHT come to help you.

Help. I want to figure out what I should skill into to fly with my alliance but the reasons are things I don't want to say to my alliance because they sound bad, but I'm just being honest.
I like being useful, but I don't like doing difficult jobs. I'm training into Logi right now and I don't know if thats exactly the right role I'm looking for. In D&D I almost always play a cleric, in WoW I played a resto shaman, in FFXI I played a brd/whm. I like playing the thing thats super useful but for some reason people don't want to play, sometimes its because its boring, or sometimes because its too easy and they want a greater challenge or some shit.
I know interdictors are SUPER useful and always needed and I probably would get really good at it if I did it. But I like doing the shit where I just show up and I'm super useful with minimal to no chance of fucking up.
My best qualities are that I'm steadfast and loyal, if the banners are called I'll be there any time of day, and that in regards to most stuff I'm hard working and methodical. I always have my shit in the staging system on time with extras just in case, I always follow procedure without a fault, and I also don't really mention anything about it in alliance or corp chat, I kind of just show up and do my job.
That being said my worst quality is that I'm loyal and don't like boasting and just show up and do my job. My personality doesn't mesh well with roaming for dank kills, becoming an elite PvPer, or becoming exceptionally skilled because I want to be better than people.
What should I skill towards to just show up and be useful? I don't want hard responsibility like FCing or scouting, or shooting bubbles.

The average player gets 400,000 sp per an injector valued at $639,000,000 at the lowest Jita sell price(rounded up slightly from 638,9~). Since dailies give 10,000 sp then the value of your dailies is the price of the injector divided by 40. The more sp you have the more "valuable" the daily sp is to you because the less effective injectors are.
I use injectors as the price point because plexes don't give you free sp and injectors do so I think they are the best price comparison.

I have shitfit procurers, t1 mining upgrades, strip miner 1's and with miners and 1 hauler I'm making 220 mil/hour I've heard in a well fit skill each account is 60/hour.
Nullsec doesn't have sleepers but it has battleship rats that shoot at 40~50km range. You want your main/alts to have like, advanced drone avionics III probably. Then you just assign all your drones to your squad leader and fuck up anything that comes into the anomally.

For specifics I have a anomally warp in 1000km off any asteroids. I fleet warp there and then I warp everyone to an asteroid. Then I drop a mobile tractor unit, waypoint it, and then warp my hauler to the 1000km warp in. I then target roids, I usually split up the targets so that I can mine longer without having to retarget roids. I activate my lasers and then I launch drones and assign them to my drone leader. My drone leader is fitted with a target painter and signal booster to increase his targeting range. The target painter controls what the assigned drones will attack so when battleship rats warp in I just paint those and then they die pretty quickly.
I keep intel channels and local chat open at all times on my hauler and am also on my alliances chat servers and slack. Windows 10 has virtual desktops and with dual monitors I have clients spread across a total of 4 "screens" which is really 2 screens on 2 desktops. I mine whatever is in range but I prioritize whatever my alliance needs. The hauler warps to the citadel in system that has a crompression rig. Right now need more ore generated in order for my hauler to be working full time, I'm bottlenecked by mining yield.

I feel like in some circumstances the fact that you show up on local kind of fucks you over if you're not well practiced with the cloak. At least in WH space all they can do is detect my probes but we usually find out about each other existence at around the same time.

Get sister probes and you should be able to scan everything with Astrometrics IV and the secondary skills at 3, you'll get most sites to 100% on a 1AU pinpoint.
That said, I wouldn't recommend someone in a heron to explore on Nullsec without getting the buzzard first, as all it takes is that one nigger in a Sabre to bubble up and you're done. However, if you have a covops you stay at 3km from a can and as soon as someone pops in your overlay you just hit your cloak and peace out, I've had to do that only a couple of times while exploring in Stain and it worked every time.
Also regarding wormholes, you can waste a lot more time in it rather than in 0.0, because it's 50% odds that those relic and data signatures are either sleeper or faction sites, not to mention the time you'll be spending scanning down something to find out it's a gas site or scanning other wormholes. An even worse thing to be of note is that the faction relic/data sites are random in a wormhole, so you can either find those Sansha Monument sites and get around 80m with intact armor plates or you can be SOL and find Angel or Serpentis. Also being safer in them than in 0.0 is relative, whenever I'm scanning down a chain I always check DScan for squirrels, and try to get the closest I can to their position with it so I only have to probe once, most of the times I get them between DScans since as soon as I scan down the site I recall the probes. You'll be surprised the amount of killmarks I've gotten in my Astero.

Hail is shittier void, barrage is garbage. Void has no range. The only actualy strong t2 ammos are scorch and quake. And it's not like people stop using faction when they hit skills for t2.

If you're gonna make eve universe projectiles have a travel time then they should also buff the falloff by 50% on every gun, and artillery should work like flak guns with proximity fuses, essentially making then work like missile explosion velocity and radius.
