Detectives who act like hostile walling witnesses, DAs who can't see contradictions to save their lives, judges who are either asleep or penalty happy, witnesses who can't improv or who want to be pressed three times on the same statement then presented with evidence before opening up, and prosecutors who don't even try to keep the defense honest in backing up the crazy theories with evidence.

Users would do /pollvote Yes or /pollvote No. Just like poal or google docs, you can change at any time and only the most recent vote would count.
At the end of the time period (probably about 72 hours) the votes are tallied, and the poll is cleared for a new one.
