There's plenty of crossover between the two teams in terms of playing together/joining MPAs but not everyone in one team gets along with everyone in the other. Seeing how when rum was just in one team it ended up exploding the multi team set up is for the best really. If you want to talk to/coordinate shit with everyone there's always the discord.

Hyperion hasn't organized an MPA for anything since pretty much around the time Overwatch came out. So there hasn't been any instances for SEES members to hop in on these non-existent MPAs.

I think pso2g does more harm than good and can be a good source of the problem, all the drama from the game leaks here with namecalling and badmouthing other players while exploiting anonimity. Then people take things here seriously and shitstorm ensues.

there are 2 ways you can approach this

completely ignore hp and try to dodge more attacks
the only class that _needs_ hp is hunter and even then that's arguable as they have automate and that's more than enough in 99% of the cases
or you can stack a lot of hp and hope that you can outdps people by just constantly attacking without paying heed to getting hit because you have a lot of hp
(you would actually end up with less damage most of the time, works better on ult and solo xq)

attack affixes aren't actually that important. +100 atk is more than enough for a standard player. with how stats scale, stacking more attack is diminishing returns and newer and better weapons introduced (whenever they will be) would have higher base attack stats already and make affix attack values lower in comparison.
for unit affixes, i suggest getting a good balance between attack and pp, and maybe a bit of hp (30~50 per unit) if you're concerned about survival.

I don't know if there's a way to reduce a mag's level, but you need at least 4 level reductions to remove the defense stats. Since you're only 45, that's nothing to grind back up. Put all of your gear in your bank, make a second character, and put all the gear on that new character. Focus on making your mag a full 200 Ranged. I'm sure someone can tell you an easy way of doing that, but I don't know. I went 200 Striking.
As for the skills, I can't help there. I just wanted to chime in on the mag, since that kind of bothered me.
