It'll shit out a Java speel to your desktop/download folder. After that, click it. After that it'll load (slowly or quickly) with a small bar. When it turns blue and says "client is up-to-date!" click play.
After you click play, a little window should open called "/v/scape". After that, put in any username/password you want and login. If you don't want to remember your pass every time you log in just hit "remember me" at the bottom. There's no account creation bullshit you have to do besides putting in what username and pass you want right there at the login screen.
