I just started playing around with Roadhog today. Surprise surprise, I'me pretty decent with him despite disliking his design and character. But, uhh, does the chain just sometimes not work? I hit a Symmetra with it earlier and she just kinda stopped for about half a second then shot me in the face. Didn't drag to me or get stunned for the full length of time I've seen people get stunned for.
