Don't play your deck like you do with other shit. Just throw things out and watch as he puts all of his burn and saps on your minions to stop the pressure. If you're following the cards played, you'll realise he'll have saved 2 Cold Bloods for his last ditch effort (if he hasn't played them to trade). The pressure you'll have put on him means he'll likely be low, so throw out your taunts/boardclears/chargers and finish them.
It's really that simple. Just pretend you're aggro.

If you're playing Priest then just concede, it isn't worth your time.
For any other class, your best bet is to just race them down with minions and face damage. Miracle has no healing, save for +3 from a Farseer, has to use its face to clear board, and has no reliable board clear spells other than Bloodmage/Azure+Fan which is only 2 damage and is expensive.
Just apply pressure and race the damage. They will try to drop Auctioneer, conceal it, and remove your board for a huge tempo swing, but that's just how the deck works and when it goes off sometimes the game becomes unwinnable from your end. Just how it is, you can't win them all. But remember that Miracle also suffers from extremely poor draws and dead hands so it all evens out in the end, even if you don't see it happen. It's a wildly inconsistent deck, but when it wins it wins fast which is why people still use it. Plus it's fun to play.

Yes. Control Warriors interact with your board one way or another, be it with removal or minions. Even Miracle is fairly interactive, as they rely on minions for board control and spells to supplement. A concealed Auctioneer with no minions on either side of the board really isn't even a big threat, the Rogue needs bodies to target for any Miracles to happen.

Not going to slam your deck. It's a cool idea. But if you look closely at your curve (spells notwithstanding). You'll see that you have few of each drop. Then take away the stuff that has shit stats for the cost because battlecry or synergy with other cards and you'll see the problem with the deck.
Let me show you what I mean...

.. and so on. See if these were your "curve" and the rest were spells, then you might spot the reason your deck would be so incosistent and/or can't create pressure.
Honestly, I'd say run the netdeck of Face Shaman. it's a netdeck for a reason. Because people have refined it with the best cards available and tweaked the curve to the decks strengths. Not tried to cover it's weaknesses.
Why do you enjoy Hearthstone and why do you play it over other more interesting games like Duelyst (or any number of digital TCG's like magic or whatever).
The only two complaints I've heard for Duelyst is the graphics. I don't see how that'd be so problematic (and I prefer animations over ellipses bumping each-other). The other is there's not enough RNG, which doesn't make much sense to me how that's an issue. There's plenty of RNG still.
I can see why streamers prefer Hearthstone but for me it just isn't that attractive anymore.

It's not really what I consider interesting in card games. It's a large part but sequencing and overall gameplan is more interesting to me.
Something I can say I miss though is that in hearthstone you felt that you were more able to play around a larger set of things because they fall into groups rather easily. With duelyst you lose tempo by not approaching your enemy with your large minions just because you want to avoid their hard removal. Do I craft Justicar, Jones or Leeroy? I play Dragon Warrior & Pally the most right now followed by N'Zoth Hunter and various flavors of Rogue (Zoth, Maly, Miracle, etc).
I've got mostly all of the other top legos already.
Any advice would be appreciated!

Entombs are dead most of the time so i dont run them. Ill list some core cards to help you a bit. x2 excavated x1 nova x2 pyro x2 circle x2 auch x1 embrace the shadows x2 5 mana heal 5 x2 cabals Justicar . From there you can add one horror if you hate zoo/shaman or you can go burst heavy with a velen x2 mindblast or more tricky with blademaster double resurrect. Build it yourself and see what you lack as you go. Eventually you will get good enough to know how to build decks

Justicar isn't a must in Dragon Warrior/Paladin, but it's pretty good in the control variants, so keep that in mind.
Jones could be also good, but I'm a Ooze guy so I can't say much.

Paladin and priests are deck classes but warrior is the more popular one right now, so justicar is alright if you want to play warrior
Hunter, shaman and warrior are popular at the moment too so harrison is good
Zoo and miracle are great right now and use leeroy so he's good if you can build those.

why would you not save gold? we barely get 300 new cards A YEAR. epics have such a bad drop rate and most legendaries are complete trash. you're better off crafting them. not to mention 80% of cards are ass, so you don't remotely need a full collection. plus, get this, three (3) tres expansions a year. what content is there? unless you're completely new, there's no reason to spend money on this game
