Big svens especially can kill you by critting one of your supports twice while you're untargetable. PA is a similar case in that she can get lucky and blow you up.
Slark's best against consistent damage that's lower than or just about the same as his. Sudden rng spikes can counter his ability to reset fights by surprising him and killing him before he can react, but obviously you're just as likely to not crit enough times and die like a bitch to slark.

I don't think I've seen any team kill an opposing safelane carry in the first 10 minutes for two whole patches. If you duo/tri to threaten them they can just farm a different lane. This isn't solo-queue where once you start laning top you're stuck there for thirty minutes.

Maybe during long death timers, but even so it's just not comfortable to smoke when using the two hands to play.
