Im getting massive stuttering in interiors near walls with an AMD card. Framerate will appear to fluctuate between 50-60 but it feels more like <20 with all the stuttering.
It happened in Fallout 4 too but went away when I disabled vsync and used radeon frame limiting instead, but that's not working here

Pic related: one eye has a dark line under it and the other does not. It looks like she has a black eye. I never noticed before cuz she is usually wearing glasses.
