It all comes down to what balance of xp/gp you want
your best options up to 82 are:
-craft lavas at a huge loss to get the best xp an hour
-craft cosmic runes for the best gp/hour for a very low xp rate
-craft nats for the best combination of xp and gp
-craft astral runes for less gp/hour than the other two but a much higher xp/hour while still profiting
you should decide what you want to do based on what you want out of your runecrafting and how much you value time vs gp
Also try out astrals vs abyss rc, as you may find one to be much more tolerable

Rework Zeah
It does NOT fit with the rest of OSRS. it IS deriving from the path that everyone fears, and adding more content to it will NOT fix it's most basic flaws.
In the original Runescape world design, and to some extent with RS3, the world design is very deliberate. Everything had it's place, and the world fells like an actual world. In Zeah, EVERYTHING is bunched together, and is not where it should be, but where players want it for the best XPM rates. The Catacombs.. taking away the lore of the monsters that you're SUPPOSED to go out into the world to find, the QUESTS required to make that easier, or in some cases available at all. The Tithe farm does the same thing, except with farming. The Woodcutting guild does the same thing, except for woodcutting. Now, these things would be nice.. but Zeah is spread out, it's not a "world".. it's a private server skilling hub. If you're going to kill the world then you might as well add a GE to Zeah, you might as well add EVERYTHING since at this point it's what it's heading towards.
Now, people in the thread will oppose that but ONLY because of how poorly designed Zeah is. Nothing has intention, nothing has character, nothing has "purpose". IF your intention was to break the third wall with the actual gameplay of Zeah instead of just quirky NPC dialog choices then you've achieved that, but that's not what the original RSC team wanted when they build OSRS from the ground up.
Twelve years ago we were playing RSC, and the strongest monster was the lesser demon, there was a fraction of the quests we have now and the world was emptier. It took YEARS to build that up and fill the world to the point where it had the peak players, and make it into the game people STILL play today.
Zeah has potential, but you need to add quests, and NPCs, fix the terrain, and make it into an actual place where it feels like people would live.. not a private server skill hub.

It exists because the dev team at the time was like 3 people and no graphics artist. They said we would get a "fun minigame' like dominion tower and all we got was a instanced superb training area thrown into a already existing environment like a private server (aside from the instanced part)
problem with this game is that it doesn't require any skill except clicking because it's based on a 90's 2 1/2D adventure game MMO. Game is structured well with economy and work and stuff but you never get any better at it because there's no skill
