Main issue with Niramyth is that most of the available clothes are stereotypical gay costumes, which is fine if you're looking to be a dancer or something. The texture load is a little over the top too, but that's secondary.
It's a good looking model, there's probably some buckage to be made for someone who comes up with "everyday" clothes for it.

Nauha or straight flat chested 2.0 for pure femboy.
Manime torso + 2.0 for slimmer, but toned proportions.
Slink for lower poly masculine, with little definition.
Signature Gianni handles low muscle sliders okay (see picture.)
TMP for ultra smooth. If you put a female shape on, it works well. Also has the right face for a blood elf, if you buy the heads that work with it. Bitch to work with, so only go for this if no other options work.
