Here I want to share my view about most overpowered players. While it is only my opinion, still many players feel in the same way.
Tier Broken:
Duran - not much to say.
Choi - Tons of dmg, IC holder and amazing buff with pass. Do you think Bell is broken? Nope.
Virgil ? Great HP reduction totem, can hold IC/EBM, great combat stats, Active heal, spirit which makes his active free, heal lane while pen. Do you think Beth is great? Nope, this guy is much more better.
Kirin - Probably most players haven't noticed it yet, but they will, there is 0 counter play to Kirin.
Tier OP or Almost Broken:
Miho - Not much to say, HP totem, AB burn, Active heal.
Vitos ? Not much to say, overbuffed, he needs to be toned down.
Khirel - abnormal efficiency
Irru - abnormal efficiency
Milky - abnormal efficiency, almost game breaking
Victoria - abnormal efficiency
Silk - abnormal efficiency
Lucian ? abnormal efficiency, at least no Broken anymore.
This lis is not final and does not cover everything, just sharing my experience.

Pic related is BT with Kiki, Silk, Miho, magnus backline with silk ace. Silk aces are bea's best friend because they do nothing for Gk durability.
Bea is getting more OHKO this season through the champ climb (2200-2600) than she did last, even after the pass nerf. The reason, near as I can tell, is fewer Silla aces and a few less lucian than last season. Silk being flavor of the month ace is really helping.

The assist nerfs widened the gap between him and the other 5 stars.
He can take dark pen and hit 52% without substats by himself. His biggest issue is access to crit with the popularity crit resist.
A lot of people still have Lucian since there wasn't a recall offered and Angela is very popular as well. His light match up isn't as bad as other strikers against their weakness since Chitose is isn't very common.

1) I'd hold onto Silla. She lets you be flexible with future teambuilding if you end up getting good units from other colors.
2) Other units to lookout for
Season 1:
Kiki (Great totem and good stealer/linebreaker)
Dale or Gerard (Not sure which is better)
Virgil (Off color, but the most cancerous healer)
Season 2:
Black Tortoise (Better for pvp than Zibroi)
Miho (Healer, HP/Reflex totem, Spirit/Action bar destruction)
Shura (Passer that swings crit by 80%)
2.5) Even though you lose the bonus, putting Silk in the middle and Meiran off to a side will probably be better. Many people put Silk infront of the enemy striker in the backline, but you will get more use out of her mid for now.
3) For Rainbow Elemental EE's I'd do Meiran first since she will definitely end up being used and her stacking passive at 3 max is nice to have.

Getting duplicate copies of a unit isn't bad. At best its a superb and at worst it's ST material for something else.
Rudiel can probably take Zhen Long's spot. Even though he gives a totem for reflex, he's underwhelming in every other regard. In the long run both will likely end up getting replaced for something better though.
