Okay so Widow is better than Hanzo if you have an organized team playing for $500000. That doesn't mean some random person can't just pick Hanzo and destroy a pub. If your heroes abilities honestly influence how well you play personally rather than your skill then your skill is abysmally low to the point that you might as well just be a Medium Bot. Good players can pick a Zenyatta or D.Va and crush a pub game with them. Bad players have so little skill they have to pick high tier heroes and hope that they auto-play themselves.

D.Va's kit is inherently broken, nobody should have all armor as health and be able to fly around wherever they want. If you're playing Overwatch and making decisions you can carry basically any game with her. If you're not playing Overwatch and just playing "your hero" and only doing one thing all game you'll have no idea how she works. Once you get to high MMRs you will see some good D.Vas but it sounds like it will take a while.
