Battle of Arracourt, despite shit really hitting the fan, Air Force was unable to provide any support because of fog.
Only air support avaliable was observation plane with six Bazookas rigged under wing, which thanks to proximity of its landing field, could take off immediately once fog began to lift.
As for bombers they would not take off in fog either, but if they had acceptable weather till target area they could use radio positioning, sort of poor man's GPS, to confirm they are more or less above target. Aimed bombing was obviously out of question, but hey, if they went that far to deliver, they may as well drop it off.

You outclimb, outaccelerate and outenergy everything, you turn pretty well at low speed but you also lose a lot of maneuverability at high speeds (to the point you become a fucking brick)
Stick to boom n zooming and stall baiting, don't turnfight Meteors, Vampires, Venoms, F9Fs, don't go head-on, watch your ammo, dont go into scissors with anything
