the enhancement ratio was bugged to be 6 times higher than what it was supposed to be in the first place
it was changed after people complained to cost 3 times more than the old rates, but boom rates below 23* are lower
people are also at dtot/tp instead of shit maps like lif3 so they're earning way more NX anyway

Intent is irrelevant when people spent months improving gear on the bloated rates. He always does this. Thing is buggy, or overpowered, stays that way for weeks while people gear up, then he nerfs or fixes it but leaves everyone's earnings alone.
