Neilyo was up there, his reactions were ridiculous, and he pioneered the playstyle basically all rogues used for multiple expansions. Cdew, Venruki and Hoodrych are all honourable mentions as well I think. Its hard to compare between classes though.
I played against neilyo and reckful quite a bit in TBC and WoTLK in 2s and 3s, and I think reckful had a higher peak, but wouldn't hit it as often (although he had that ridiculous 52-0 run or whatever it was), whereas neilyo was just consistently dominant. I remember it was basically just a loss if I came against neilyo, whereas against reckful I felt like I had a chance or could at least get sort of lucky with crits/resists/etc. And neilyo would play on so many rogues and some would be in blues n shit at like 2400+ just stomping people, he also 1v2'd up to like 2k or something iirc

It was in an "okay I guess" state for the last 3 hours or so - the latency was good, but we still got reeee'd every 20-30 minutes.
