It really depends on how unlucky you are with the locked orbs and mortal poison spawns on the pre-emptive and first turn and whether they gimp your ability to orb change. You can't survive anything beyond that unless you really go out of your way to build a high HP team (and watch your RCV tank as a result) or throw a shitton of light resists on your team because his base damage is just too fucking high.

Even though I have tons of REM choices, I think Hephaestus might actually be one of the strongest choices for an Antares sub.
He's got 745 weighted stats with decent attack, his awakenings are strong (only 3, non rem), and his active is absolutely kickass when coupled with Antares'. It'll turn the board 2/3 fire AND enhance some of that.

You get the same multiplier with a row on Pandora too (3x, slightly lower because Luci has an additional 1.5 vs Pandora's 1.3), but you usually need 2 rows to actually do damage and bicolor boards to kill high HP bosses. Pandora is stronger and you only need 2 more dark orbs to activate the full multiplier.
Pandora has a higher ATK multiplier and Luci is tankier. That's it. But he has both, so there's no reason to not try them. DDHaku works on both teams, but he has no Hanzo or Akechi

This event has both Kane and Tengu, neither of which have restrictions anymore. It's one of the best times to farm for +s we've ever had.
