When she took one of the amiibos and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each amiibo and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yelling DESTRUCTION.

It takes a lot of getting used to for short hopping with L, it's about as sensitive as short hopping in Melee. But having at least one of the 3 set to jump is pretty necessary since it allows you to hold a direction with doing uair / dair with C stick.

There are a number of characters who gain more from being able to pivot smashes than tilts.
The issue of aerial mobility hardly comes into play since you shouldn't be holding the C-stick in a direction anyway, you should be flicking it.

The vanish momentum ended after the tech. If you vanish and then tech a wall, you reset your momentum. Trust me, I've done it hundreds of times. This time was different, for some reason the tumble animation going downwards stalled (kinda like if you dair with Sheik / ZSS after being sent upwards). Odd occurrence, probably will never be able to recreate it.

Playing CPUs is one of the worst ways to get better.
It's best to play some friendlies with people here or elsewhere and ask for advice and look at the replays of those matches.
It helps to find a sparring partner as well, which you could find somewhere like Smashboards.

Boss themes (Final boss themes especially) are written in the "VS. (name here) / (song name here) format. This is to set them apart from the other songs. In my opinion, there should have been way more final boss themes in Smash, as the adversaries the heroes have fought play a huge role in their history.
Galaxy is basically "FD Mario edition". Climactic, recognizable boss themes from SM64, Mario and Luigi, Paper Mario, etc.

I've added four character themes from F-Zero GX, along with Aeropolis' theme. Mute City and Big Blue are replaced with their covers in GX (The unlockable ones, not the default ones), and Death Race and Fields of Fire are from Harmony of Heroes. The Battle of Lil' Slugger from Super Meat Boy used to play here, until I moved it to FD.

Halberd's music is made up of nothing but final boss themes from the Kirby series. Starting with King Dedede (Dream Land) to Star Dream (Planet Robobot). Older themes are remixed, but C-R-O-W-N-E-D and Eye of Sorrow each have 2 covers; the original songs, and then Rainbow Curse's C-R-O-W-N-E-D cover and Eye of Sorrow from Harmony of Heroes. itoki hana did Painted Melancholy, and Death of Dreams comes from "Rise of the Star", a remix album from OverClocked ReMix.
The only final boss themes missing are Dark Mind, Necrodeus, Dark Matter / 0 from Dream Land 3, and some others, none of which I have any interest in adding.

Sheik can only take stocks off stage if they have used their jump and the character has a bad recovery, and even then it is usually not gonna happen unless you have your opponent downloaded. New sheik meta is catching jumps / landings and frame trapping. If you think you can just run off and fair, then I don't know what game you're playing.
