Depends on whether you watch the anime+OVAs or read the manga. There's definitely still a sexual edge to Kuro's behavior towards Shirou in the manga, but it isn't anywhere near the hot spring OVA for 2wei. It's a lot closer to Fate route, HF, and Hollow versions of Ilya living with Shirou.
And let's be real, the increased sex drive that Ilya and Kuro have in Prisma can easily be explained by the fact that they're REAL girls who are hitting puberty, as opposed to a 20-ish homunculus who's dying before she has a chance to experience it.
