Anyway, a defense of Sakura is best done by acknowledging the fact that she was a cunt, who disgusted Sasuke with how she talked about Naruto, who ended up maturing over the course of the series. Sakura actually earned my respect by almost opting to fail the Chunnin Exam for Naruto's sake, but this was after she had been called out on her shit by Sasuke (this was a wake up call that actually caused her to think about what kind of person she was) and after she had gradually acquired a new level of respect for Naruto as she started to see him as more than just some loser.

Are the others perfect? Fuck no. But fundamentally the only genuinely positive thing I can think about them is basically the same break as Hinata got - Kishi mostly avoided it, so there was a lesser chance for his shit writing to ruin it.

I just opened up my phone browser and the page that it opened on was the 3rd /nsunsg/ thread on here from February. Can't remember if that was the first time I came to this place or if I was there for first or second but it was an overwhelming experience.
The OP gave me a giggle. It was something along the lines of "wow I can't believe we made it to a third thread". Funny how we're in a similar situation now but for opposite reasons (back then we hadn't quite hit our peak, and now we're certainly past the highest point in real poster count). It really has been a great journey, and I'm looking forward to continue taking part in here in the coming months. It will be fantastic if we keep it going until another Naruto game is released. Who knows, maybe they'll release something even more interactive that will keep some of the discussion video game focused.

Hey, I'm back. I had to scramble for the last couple of days getting stuff together for a last minute trip to Japan and then I got a 24 hour ban for postingspoilered NH lewd on /a/.but in my defense I forgot exactly how much lewd was shown in the image and the thumbnail looked safer than it was so I just assumed. Introducing Wakino Kusogawa. Originally from Takigakure, she was orphaned at a young age. While living off the streets, she was found and taken in by the Taki equivalent of Jiraiya - the current Alligator Sage of the Waterfall Village. Naming her Wakino, he trained her in the ninja arts, noticing that she had a skill in stealth that many ninjas lacked (he surmised from her time on the streets, where getting caught stealing something can be the difference between eating for a night, or getting beaten by the shop owner).
After several years together, Amegakure special forces ninja attacked Wakino and her mentor in an unprovoked assault on his little hut on the edge of the Liliko Swamp. Ordering her to hide, the Sage took a good toll on the encroaching shinobi, but he was no Jiraiya. He was eventually brought down, his contract scroll was taken, and Wakino was grabbed alongside it, taken back to Amegakure as tribute to Lord Zed.

Wakino is a guarded individual - she doesn't trust quickly, or deeply, but if the time and effort is put in to break the shell, she opens up and comes into her own, showing a loyalty and respect to her friends far beyond her years.
