Depends on what you define as oldfag. I've been here since wolfgirl event. If you just want one SR this is the event to dump rubies on for sure.
Something else to consider is that you are getting 11 medals for 30 rubies as well if you do this. I'm not sure how often they reset the medal shop for SR 10% tickets, but 11 medals for almost half price isn't bad either as a bonus.

That might turn out to be false.
On further testing, I've found that the way they calculate damage is not what I thought it was.
I initially thought it was
Damage = (Attack + Bonus) * Multiplier - Defense
But it appears to be
Damage = (Attack + Bonus - Defense) * Multiplier
Using the new formula, this nerf the Glasses and the Earring immensely, making it so that Precious Garnet/Rubellite > all.
It would be nice to hear if any other anon has tried to compare items, so we can compare notes, sort of.

How's the proc rate on HR/SR Skill1 items? Like, obviously, Quesu, Cheerleader Suu, Manako, are 300% or more damage when it procs, but does it proc at 9/10 or better? And is it specifically 3.0x and higher or could say, Jelly(2.0x) or Aluru(3*0.7x=2.1x) work better with skill1 proc over attack?

I'm using a Rare Skill1 for Quess, and it doesn't proc at 9/10. It does procs more often though, if before was 2/10, now it's 3-4/10.
It's not specifically 3 or higher because defence is a factor now. For example, 1600 attacks and 250% more damage would do better with Skill1 Items.
Jelli is better off with straight attack.
Aluru skill 1 is 0.8, not 0.7 and she is also better off with straight attack.
Really wish I could know the base proc rates. I could find out by documenting a shit load of battles but alas, maybe when I find the energy, I'll do it.

Yeah, Magic is surprisingly strong in the early game. You will find more enemies resistant to most magic attributes from the mid to late game though. But if you choose Ilias, she's able to nuke pretty much every enemy from start to finish.

Unless you plan on doing the Chaos Labyrinyth, you will soon find pretty much all races and get all access to most secondary jobs, which in turn grants you access to most if not all attack tipes. Usually main characters and bosses have better traits, but other options include the shrimp, the mimic, the slimes who don't care about Boomerangs or Beasts and any angels you come across (there aren't many in part 1 though). Nuruko can be pretty strong since she's a Scylla (who can hit multiple times if you need a DPS) and is also Minor Chaos (one of the best races, strong stats and resistances in almost everything). On the other hand, Rami does have a funny little side quest if you plan on using her.

This might be only me, but sometimes i feel like one of the reasons of why this general keeps dying is not only because of the lack of content, but also the lack of stuff like these harem charts (which seems to be more common in the /a/ thread) andmore shitposting.
Maybe even that roll chart we had a few months back could help more than straight up bumps. I mean, as long as it doesn't get out of control because of one or two anons sperging, i don't really think waifuism is a bad "tactic" for survival until more content is actually released and draws more attention. Maybe if we also began talking about the new Liru game and giving her a spot in the OP, since it looks like it has long been awaited?
Just throwing out some ideas before i go to sleep, since hentai and gacha games aren't really suitable for small community game-related events.

So, like, I have this really old('90s, need DOSbox to run) Taiwanese game, that's sorta RPGish, (actually almost the entire gameplay is just a series of battles, bringing girls next to enemies, one on one combat, repeat, level up, every few levels, change class/specialisation). It's tiny(by today's standards). Less than 7mb. Thought of editing it to be more like transforming the girls into monsters(eg, cavalry into centauresses, chocobo riders into land harpies, etc). Sadly, I know very little, programming-wise. Also, despite being named SWF, I'm 90% sure it stands for "software file" rather than "shockwaves file", since I can't open any of them in Firefox, and I am pretty certain it predates Flash. Finally finished the Pirati event and i've been rushing the Easy Miti map, so far at 60/5/100/0 and 100/100/100.
Still no Hydrangea HRs, but i did manage to get over 10 HRs and SRs trainers in a row, as well as 2 Queens which let me max out my current Queen.

Queen is near godly as non-offensive HRs go. I haven't tried for 200% affection, but I'm betting even Super will have trouble knocking her out. I still wonder if affection(100, 125, 150, 200) might grant hidden bonuses to proc. Or if they decide to eventually. Doesn't even need to be huge numbers. Say 1-2% at each breakpoint.

You will still retain the skills and abilities from your old job, although wether you're able to use them in your new job depends on which skills your new job, race and trait is able to use. The only special case here is Luka, but spoilers ahead:later on he will automatically max out both Warrior and Apprentice Hero, so you could focus on other jobs with him for now
