It's not like he was bad before, he was quite strong with the previous season's masteries before all this keystone bullshit and what not riot keeps implementing. Now to keep it short, Old vlad was better versus release reworked Vlad(damage, healing, CDs you name it). Then he gets the rework buffs as riot always fucking does and he's at the very least good at all points in the game. What the fuck are they thinking giving vlad insane HP from an ult when spirit visage gets buffed to 25%?

A lot of problems would be fixed if LoL was 4v4. Combine support with jungle role and then make ADCs able to hold their own in lane (but give up some of their "hypercarry" power late).
