Which of these units are good? I know that Kailfa's a good defender for an HP team, and Mr.3 is a great INT slasher for slasher teams, but I don't know how to use some of the other units I pulled (disregarding the dupes and chopper).

They happen somewhat often, we get filler sugos with specific legend rate boosts because we're global and Bamco likes money. Also, we've had multiple recently, and many in the past. If the next sugo isn't dressrosa2 it'll probably be a legend specific sugo or "community choice" sugo number 3.
