This should be a permanent mode. I pride myself in playing every hero in every role kind of okay because I don't want to play the same Tier 1 hero for 300 hours in the name of "getting good" just for my teammates to bitch about something 3 minutes into any game.
Random heroes, everyone is having a good time, people don't mind when they lose because it's a lot of luck, and occasionally you go nuts and kill 5 people with someone you would never pick in Ranked.
