I've heard a bit about the FO modding thing so I'll most likely be doing 2 things. PC exclusive for most of my mods and I'll be fucking up their save file with 1 mod that I will release with a few scripts altered. A delayed infinite loop goes a long way since it'll take some time before the effects are noticed.

RaceMenu literally comes with NetImmerse Override, it's an integral part of how RM works.
The only reason there is a standalone page for NIO is so OTHER MODDERS can use it in their mods.
If you have RM there is not a single reason to also have NIO. Every single individual file will be overwritten by RM anyways.
