Use David, Mashu, Irisviel, Chevalier, and a support Waver with the defense and atk skill as high as possible, all of them with Kintoki CE.
Now here comes the hard part, you need a damage dealer, Scathach is the best, Jeanne Alter is 2nd and you can tell she is very inferior, she can get the job done but it's harder. Use any of those 2 with Ushi CE. Maybe Okita is decent now because the hands won't do much damage to her.

Ushi CE is maxed of course and a maxed Kintoki CE on David.
There is also double Waver I use, but the 23% of damage up my Waver does shouldn't be able to compare to the 150% damage up Gil receives against servants. I also have to add, I normally don't even pick a Waver with Kintoki CE because I use someone with Tamamo CE instead for the drops.
