So Zarya is definitely my go-to tank. I do consistently good with her, and when she's on the enemy team she's not much of a problem since people don't seem to know how to use her very well.

We don't actually know Tracer's birthdate, and because of this we don't know if 26 is her biological age at the time of the incident or if its her current age.
MOST LIKELY though, Tracer stopped ageing at 26. The reason for this? Well, she's together with the rest of the Overwatch crew in tons of pictures. If you're worried about winrate you can just ragequit games dude, the game is very lenient about it and will warn you if you do it too much before any actual penalties are put in motion.
