I really enjoy Mercy as a main in OW as it is now, but in competitive play, be it PUGs or organized customs, is it likely Mercy will be relegated to the primary "caller" that decides pushes or retreats?
I'm just really poor in that area and it's why I could just not play Medic in comp TF2.

Why the fuck do people say Tracer does no damage?
It takes one second for her to empty her weapons, and another second to reload. At 15 meters, a full spray aimed to the head will kill a 200HP class. At 10 meters, a full spray to the body will also kill. Anything closer than that just makes it easier. For comparison, Reaper needs 6 shots to kill at 15 meters and 3 to kill at 10 meters.
Yeah, tracking people with such fast weapons especially on somebody who zips so much as Tracer is pretty fucking difficult, but the tools for her to do it are there. That's why she's a high skillcap hero, but saying she does no damage is retarded.

Kill anyone with low life near instantly, Winston is an assassin basically. You move around the backline tearing them up and simply jumping away when you come under danger yourself. You are NOT a tank, the only time you can tank is when you have the ultimate and even then you are easy to put down, the ultimate is for holding/blocking a point and is quite successful at it.

Only fire rockets at long range on stationary targets.
Use your concussive blast for mobility unless you know you can get an easy environmental kill or bounce someone out of position for a direct hit rocket.
Only use your ult while mid-air if you've successfully flanked or the enemy is engaged with the rest of your team.
Probably the most important thing is knowing when to give up on playing Pharah and switch to a more effective hero for the particular objective.

There's a hidden MMR stat that's used to match players. Exactly what the algorithm is is anyone's guess, but it works well enough to ensure that the ingame stats aren't indicative of much at all; somebody with a 50% win rate against low MMR shitters will look about the same on the career profile as somebody banging their head against the wall in the tryhard tiers. You really notice it when you stack up, and the algorithm has no idea what to do with you. I swear playing with one friend of mine (who barely ever plays) gets me matched against literal retards, it's hilarious.
