how do you even fish for a specific unit in a huge gacha pool? even if you catch a sugo with a rate up and type up, there's no guarantee. In some cases, there are cheap replacements, sometimes units are irreplacable though.

He's very useful as a sub in the more difficult training forests (and pretty much required in Shanks' forest unless you're using Enel or SW Ace), but it's not like Global is going to get them any time soon.
Also, Slashers will only take you so far once the harder content (namely Colosseum) is released on global. It's kind of ridiculous that they still lack any means to do decent orb control, which has become pretty important on Japan.
