My suggestion for McCree is to remove fan completely, and change his RMB to a double action mode.
LMB is single action, and stays how it is
RMB is double action. Fires as fast as you press the button, with accuracy being completely shit. This means you could still fan the hammer essentially, but would have to smash the button with much lower accuracy.

Zenyatta's damage output is stupidly high when you get tagged by his orb of discord.
The problem is, people just assume he can be a main healer because he's in the support class. He's best when used with another healer like Lucio or Mercy.
I've got PotG with him plenty of times because his BALLS have good range and good damage. He's perfect for wrecking high health enemies like Roadhog, D.Va and Winston
Also he has the best skin in the game.

Always stay in the air, avoid small rooms, use E to push enemies closer to / away from your team depending on situation. Have fun with E in general, push fuckers off the map and into holes.
When planning to Q, make sure you're covered by couple walls or at least sure their sniper is dead. WM is your biggest enemy, avoid her at range and bully her up close.

D.VA is a harasser tank. Go behind people, push them around with boost, remember that you can use matrix when boosting. Use matrix to block enemy ults at least for a bit.

if you must play her here are some tips;
play her as a flanker, find sniper kill sniper, you can manage a tornborn without his ult, dont try to fight bastions.
her close range(as in grinding against them close) is ok, but the falloff is really bad.
her boost has a long cooldown so be precise with where you want to go(though it is slightly longer range than winstons and more controlable).
her shield kills all projectiles and several hitscan weapons, but is one directional, use it to block burst, it cant really stop dps.
her ult is finicky to use well due to how easy it is to avoid, use it in situations where the enemy cant just run away.
outside of her mech play safe as you're made of paper, but keep in mind your mid-long range dps is actualy pretty good.

She's huge, practically the entire front of her is her headshot damage zone, she needs to be about 3 feet away for her guns to really hurt and everyone already moves pretty quick, she's nearly the only character that gets slowed down and by a big deal when shooting so people can leisurely walk away from your hilariously poor optimal range, her ult can be evaded by waist-high cover, if she's out of her mech she dies to a harsh breeze, she's really not in a good place right now, from someone who plays a whole lot of her and at a ~high MMR~ or whatever, to the point of seeing the ebin leet pro players when I fuck around often enough.
