They improve your chance of getting a chest, not of getting a flip. Although getting an extra chest should theoretically improve your chances of getting a flip. I use TH and Mary and rabbit when I can and haven't gotten a flip since the first day of magnafest.

Is Cagliostro really worth it? She's gonna be far more useful to the team when she's level 100, and that takes a very long time.
Even when she's level 100, her skills cooldown, especially the staples one to buff the team (her 2nd and 3rd skill) are very long (7 turn downtime for 2nd skill, and 6 turn downtime for 3rd skill). She'll be very good if combined with Superstar and Ygg Omega to boost her healing abilities, but that's for endgame, and i still rank 50 now.
So, if i need a healer for my earth team, i think getting Bishop class is more worth it than using Cagliostro.
