try handling the logistics for that.
the ore picking up, you will need a rorq for links or mining is useless, you will meed a freighter with a separate pilot, you will need to keep and eye on all pilots and keep their bays to not fill up while keeping them in range of the good stuff and also in range of the container tiercide for the freighter to pick up correctly.
You also need to set up a supply line and a seller in addition to a proper compression station or move it to Jita to lose millions.
I thought it was easy like you just mentioned but once I tried setup(just undocking and making the miners mine) took me over 30min on my first time.
This is assuming skiffs or procs, if you are gonna use hulks for real isk you are also gonna need a few more pilots to defend from rats and more than one freighter to bounce between 2 pockers of miners, or maybe more.
Plus scouts and eye open on whs.

None of that is ever enforced.
Its a service run by people.
There is always corruption that leads to massive chunks of SRP.
And it only leads to SRP being cut in the smaller alliaces and people not undocking.
Much like a lot of aspects of this game SRP is just another cancer brick in the wall. Let me just go ahead and list the so many things wrong with eve and why it prob won't last for another 2 years if CCP and players don't start working together for a change:
1. Multiboxing is the toppest #1 cancer plaguing this game. There is just no other way to put it, It makes an otherwise amazing MMO P2W by getting as many accounts as you can and just grinding OP ships like ravens and proteusus in literally 30 minutes while a single account holder is literally paying to work a second job.
2. SRP kills alliances and makes players shit. Isk should not be top to bottom is should be bottom to top, end of fucking story.
3. Mining in this game is a feature that literally kills this game. How many people do you hear say "well I tried eve, I mined in high sec for like 3 months, but then I just quit for some reason"...yeah, nuff said.
4 Tedium. Everything in this game is TEDIUM, form scanning, to blob fights, to making isk, everything has to have a time wall full of tedium that makes people quit even before their trial ends.

The nature of EVE is that it will always be in players' best interests to work together, but do the prisoner's dilemma, most people don't. Eventually, people come together and form massive alliances because it's easier to have a billion blues flying around your space than tons of unknowns. It's just the nature of the game.
Of course, as soon as someone feels like they've been shafted, resentment grows, people feel entitled to better things than they currently have, and they forget how hard things were when they were alone. And that's when things start to fall apart as factions form, pacts are made, and anarchy reigns. And like a cycle, this will eventually lead to another large power bloc forming with people starting the whole thing over again.
There's nothing we can really do about it, most people eventually realize they're not cut out to be solo or small groups in dangerous space, so they either find some protection from bigger players, run back to empire space, or quit. That's one thing I've always liked about playing with 4chan people though, those fuckers either git gud or die trying, refusing to ever bow to anything but their own whims and never settle for being a small fish. It's refreshing as fuck after trying to herd 50 something people who need direct orders and micromanagement.

MC. There's some cool people in the alliance, but I don't like the leadership. We have a couple FCs who are good under fire, and the line members are okay too, but I feel like we are really behind the curve strategically. Bad doctrines, bad decisions about where we stage from, that sort of thing. My corp is also 95% EUTZ and I work full-time, I'm usually the only person online during weeknights.
I started off participating in EVERYTHING. Hanging out on comms all the time, making an effort. I came back to the game a couple months ago and have 8-9 years of experience doing small-gang. I had some losses that I didn't get SRPed for, we lost some fights, now I don't show up for shit.
The trillions of ISK we were supposedly paid for this war? I haven't seen a kredit of it. And we move every two weeks which is annoying as fuck.

Incoming damage hasn't really been a problem. Generally what I've been doing is just sitting at 50+ km then plunking with long range ammo. Granted if I get careless I gets a bit hairy.
I'm going to have to stick with the Confessor for a bit anyway, since I've got two escalations in Lowsec, and there's no way I'd take a Navy Omen there lel.

If it'S the blood 4/10 you can snipe the monastery right from the warp-in. But you have to have beams, aurora and 2 t2 locus rigs. It's like 69k range or so.
Don't forget to bookmark the cargo, warp away and come back after a few minutes. The cruiser rats won't even have time to come close.

My max range is currently 48km unfortunately. the TD from the Dark Blood Officer Frigate dropped my optimal down to 10km and my tracking to basically nothing lol. I had to MWD away and snipe him with Radio as he closed.

In the past 6 weeks they have moved 300+ pilots' shit from UMI -> X-7O -> DBT -> Hakonen -> FD-MLJ -> Harroule -> Saranen. And that's not counting taking care of everyone's shopping lists from Jita at the same time and stocking markets/alliance contracts wherever we move. My impression from chat channels and forum posts is that they are in a constant state of overwork. Don't train for a SIn. Black Ops battleships are extremely niche. They're great at what they do, but chances are, you won't be doing it. With that said training Drones is always good and they're some of the most useful skills in the game.

They're for ganking stupid Cap pilots Nullsec with a bunch of friends then being gone before their backup arrives. Fun, but you rarely get the opportunity in day to day play. Black Ops are weaker than standard Battleships to make up for the fact that they have so much potential for ganking. In your case I'd highly recommend going for the Ishtar, Stratios, Curse or Pilgrim depending on what you want to do. All are great drone ships, all have far more practical applications than a Battleship. Domi and Rattler aren't bad, but they, like all Battleships, are not as broadly useful as smaller ships due to how easy it is for another player to catch you. Train for Battleships later, once you know exactly why you want it.
Ishtar is great for PvP and harder nullsec Combat sites, the Stratios is this too, except better for scanning and not quite as dangerous in PvP. Pilgrim is essentially a Black Ops BS except on a smaller scale, you can warp while cloaked and nuet the shit out of anyone you come across, or light a Cyno for your friends. Curse is a PvP boat, and it shines in small gang situations. the Ishtar, Curse and Pilgrim can be either shield or Armour tanked, but the Stratios is a pure Armour tank.
