I think Nasus could be ported into Dota pretty well, actually. Just tweak him a little bit.
Make siphoning strike a passive or something, and it just gives him 1 bonus damage every time he kills something. Kill 200 creeps get 200 damage, there'd have to be some kind of scaling to it though, unless it was like an ult.
Yeah what if it was his ult. 1/2/3 bonus damage per kill? And then make his Q something else entirely, wither and his nuke both would work fine in Dota as is. 150/200/250/300 magic damage and reduces armor by 3/4/5/6 of anyone inside.
