So I fixed it by using the launchers that came with the 3D uncensor, which had the same filename as the regular frontier launcher, so I didn't replace them in the first place.

All you need is the consolidated, subtitles if you're casual, and either the translated maker loader or the maker tweak. All are more recent than the link to hongfire's archives.

Installing SB3U is pretty much just extracting it somewhere
hair highlighter is also not installed but run. You extract it in the SB3U folder, do some .pp moving around depending on the method you choose, drop your preferred highlight next to the .bat and run it

So I am encountering a few new problems.
First is that when I try to import the model into AA2 it refuses to change size. I adjusted the scaling and positioning the same way I did the Fair Lady's body but every time I actually import it into SB3U it reverts to the original size and position. And it is only in SB3U this happens, I can open the resized model in other programs without issue.
The second issue is transparency not working on her spider fluff, it appears transparent in SB3U and other 3Drenderers but in game a white background appears
If any modders could help or have suggestions on how to solve either of these problems it would be much appreciated.

size issue gives me troubles as well sometimes. I usually have to unskin the mesh, resize it and bones separately then skin it back. If it's not by much you can just scale the bones, side-effect would be just proportionally thicker outlines.
For transparent parts you have to break the meash into multiple submeshes, with transparent parts having a different material that is a copy of the rest but with diffuse alpha set <1. Maybe you'd have to copy HEX valuse from some other working transparent piece, like nekomanma's gothic outfit.

Make sure your game is version 12, the latest version. I think updating my game was what solved it. Give that a try.

Even when imported with no bones linked to it at all the size and position still reset though.
And for breaking down the mesh into sub meshes, this is the mesh for the spider body hair, there really isn't much to break it down into.

I used maya those few times so I don't know how it works for other programs but you have to freeze the transformations so that scale is considered 1.
About the hairs you wouyld probably have to check out the tex cloth that you can get here http://ux.getuploader.com/zzzmod cince it supports .tga textures that have transparency. Set up all the non-hair parts with a regular material and try to replicate tex's "skirt" in your hairs if that made sense.
