Why should I? 200k of subscribers in a span of one patch was a massive loss enough.

2) Apply Goring Blade DoT via combo.
3) Cycle through Royal Authority combo until Goring Blade reapplication.
4) Cover the MT for physical tank busters to prevent tank swaps (if viable, and remember to use defensive cooldowns).5) Slap Fracture on the boss if you're going to peel off to pick up an add. This is optional.

DRK is a lot better than PLD as MT if you're actually familiar with the class and the fight, and even when it isn't better than PLD, it's a lot more fun.
Whether that's useful enough to be worth the effort depends on how often you tank, I guess.
