I got 27% playrate just by adding together Azir and Ahri's playrates, who are both highly mobile and also the two most played midlaners in the game. All the top 5 mids are highly mobile in fact, and their combined playrate is over 50% of all games.

Dynamic queue is what we have now, you can play with any group size from 1-4 If you queue solo and even have your enemy be a 5-man premade.
Solo queue meant only you could queue, no friends, no premade groups, just raw random 5-man groups.
To be honest it makes streams a little bit more interesting.
