The only AoE Assassin apart from Phantom, so she inherently has value. Her 2nd skill is really good, it's Charisma A + self NP Damage Up. 1st skill has potential, the AoE Charm's % isn't the best, but an AoE Def Down doesn't miss and is one of the only skills of its kind. Battle Continuation is Battle Continuation.
Her NP piles on the debuffs, but a bunch of small debuffs is arguably less useful than one big debuff. Has potential for Robin Hood related shenanigans though.
I'd rate her about 8.5 on the Nip Meme List.
