pharah is pretty weak man, you gotta get direct hits with your rockets because the splash damage is nothing, you're flying around in the air but you're super fucking slow unless you boost with concussive blast, and that's only a short quick boost on a cooldown
why should reaper, who has a healing mechanic unique to him, have 250 health while the jetpack armor girl who is in the air floating about getting shot at pretty much all the time have 200. atleast give her some armor.
oh and on any decent team using her ult is pretty much a death sentence. You NEED to pair it with a mei or zarya or reinhardt ult for it to do anything, otherwise mcree/soldier/widow/etc will kill you in half a second, even if you flank around them and shit

When I was a child playing shooters I used to think higher sensitivity = better. If I can check both corners in a room in like half a second, and still kill people then obviously it is an advantage. I would literally up my sensitivity all the time. It trained me to aim with precise movements of my thumb and fingers. Now that I've lowered my sensitivity a lot I can still use that style of aiming to great effect, it feels so smooth and accurate, and I can get really nice twitch shots just by scooting my thumb around. I know it's unorthodox, but I'm really comfortable with it.

Reaper isn't supposed to fight head on, you gotta flank then immediately diesngage, his skills do nothing to fight and are all about positioning/escape.
