A Servant doesn't have to beat all 10k soldiers in IH to defeat it. If even half the soldiers in it die, it can no longer be maintained. Servants like Karna, Cu, and Achilles are too fast to be surrounded by Iskander's army, too experienced in fighting armies to fall for flanking maneuvers, and too strong to be defeated unless they're outmaneuvered.
Iskander can try to chase them with his bulls, but he's not really a speed-type Servant, he's a tank. He has high speed but very poor maneuverability, which makes it hard for him to land a charge on Servants that fast. And if he does try to challenge them head on, he'd get:
-Gae Bolg flung at him
-Achilles's spear flung at him
-Karna's Brahmastra eyelaser shot at him
Though to be fair, Karna could just use Brahmastra Kundala and probably devastate the army in one shot since it's Anti-Country, and Achilles can just ride his own chariot and slaughter the army in droves. Even if she truly hated a person the spear would still be super heavy.

All the soldiers in the world mean nothing if they can't surround their enemy. Every one of the three Servants I named are impossible for even Iskander's army to flank because they are too fast. They don't have to fight the army head on (though Achilles and Karna absolutely could with their armor NPs). All they have to do is pick numbers off from outside and stay away until Iskander tries to charge them, and then kill him, which causes the army to fall apart.

Possible. Likely? No. These are some of the greatest heroes in history, and no-names are not going to surpass them in speed. Achilles was the fastest in the Trojan War and has an NP that calls him the fastest hero to ever live, allowing him to outspeed even Riders on their mounts just being on foot. Cu is the fastest hero in Ireland and one of the fastest heroes ever. Karna may not be the fastest in Hindu myth, but comparing some guys who don't even have legends and were not renowned for their speed to someone like Karna is absurd.
And even if there was someone who could keep up with them, they'd die in an instant without the support of the rest of the army behind them.
