I'm level 15 right now, and since I've first went to Novigrad at lvl 10 to meet Triss, it has become a chore to play.
Nothing but running in the city with the occasional bandits fight, I killed some bad dude who tortured people, helped Triss and the mages to escape, and right now I'm finishing the quest for the qt blonde bard, will leave this shit hole asap.
I guess I'll have to come back to Velen later, since there is quite a lot of level 20+ content.

Novigrad was the weakest part of the game to me since that entire arc takes place mainly in the city. While Novigrad is cool, I really just enjoyed roaming the countryside and exploring ancient ruins and helping various towns. It picks up again after Novigrad though, and to be fair Novigrad arc isn't as long as the others. Just keep at it and then you'll be able to enjoy Skellige.

Yeah there's some fucked exp bugs everywhere. I got boosted a level. Typical CDPR patches: They fix one thing, fuck up two others. Some consoles got to preload and play B&W already, which appears to be affecting some and not others.
