If they're balancing for casual then I really do think they need to deal with Bastion.
I spent like 20 hours playing with my friends and around 3 solo, and on those solo matches I always had to go Genji and take down the Bastion, but once it was behind a Reinhardt shield I couldn't do it alone, and coordinating with pubs is actual hell.
Reducing his health to 200 or even getting rid of the armor and changing it to normal health would be enough for pubs to take him out, behind the whole mercy + rein combo without too much difficulty.
Though, a part of me thinks he doesn't need a nerf because if he does get a nerf, shitters won't learn to coordinate and work together - they'll just wait for nerfs instead of getting good.
Also give D.Va something out of her Mech, like a backflip or a sprint, would be great. Also Zen's health boosted to 200 so he can survive body shots from Widow.

I don't think Bastion is overpowered as much as the impact he can have on a game is disproportionate to the amount of effort and/or skill you need to have said impact.
This way Bastion's default mode becomes more of a medium-long range chipping/pick off weapon and encourages him to navigate the map to his advantage to be able hop around a corner/off a ledge and blast away.
Also lets his opponents play around his minigun cooldown.i think this would make him more fun to both play and fight i hope it's not retarded.

I think Pharah has low skill floor but high skill ceiling. There's so much outplay potential in her grenade/jump jet, plus you do some of the highest aoe DPS if you hit every rocket.

She can get cheeky teleporter spots in kings row and dorado to end up behind the enemy team and push the cart after that.
Her tele in general can fasten a push.
Her shields are good to keep your team alive and pushing. She has good damage on her and if you can jump erratically while hurting an enemy, you can even take out a zarya or bastion, even an inexperienced reinhardt, but don't try against a roadhog.
Her turrets are near useless on attack unless you are playing payload and put them, there, where they'll be easily destroyed at range by decent players

Place teleports and sentries aggressively, your ult recharges at a retardedly high pace anyways. (video related)
When I say aggressively, I mean just lay turrets the fuck everywhere they can add to team damage and if they get destroyed change spot and place more ASAP
place teleports right behind objectives, often they go unnoticed - like the lower area behind the objective in Nepal, the one in the open way behind some stairs, it's literally 2 seconds away from the objective and nobody ever checks there for teleports. Get one good wipe in and the teleport will make you win.
In koth I always place turrets on at least two access points to the objective, when in teamfights the enemies will usually ignore them and eventually die to them.
Don't pick Symmetra in attack if the enemy has junkrat+pharah, unless they're shit. Worth a early game pick but if necessary switch out to adapt once you got one good full teleport in

Tracer has a good ttk if you have good aim but mercy can just fly to a random spot so fast it's basically impossible to track and even if you do you wont be close enough to kill her before reloading.

Reinhardt can charge away/use shield. If she's passing your shield and freezing you, either you're out of position or your team is ass and doesn't back you up.
D.Va flies away. Winston shields up or leaps away. Zarya shields up and blocks your freezing gun. The only tank that's easily frozen is Roadhog, but he's a free target for pretty much anyone after you dodge his hook. In other words, plenty of ways to play around her as a tank.

A glorious thing happened to me today.
Usually because of how generous the hitbox of Roadhog's hook is, and presumably the 20tickrate, it'll register as a hit when I'm completely hidden behind a wall and get pulled out from behind the wall and hook around to Roadhog's face. (the killcam will then confirm this to be true, that I was completely behind a wall from his perspective too)
Well, today that same very thing happened and when I got pulled from behind the wall I stayed behind that fucking wall as it tried to reel me in. It kinda glitches out actually, it pulled me against the wall but away from the direction that would've led me to Roadhog and I survived that bullshit.

I came up with a move for Hanzo if an enemy is running up in my face I'll aim the scatter shot toward the ground in front of me and it'll bounce the volley of arrows directly into the enemy in front of me. I've killed Reapers with it, so I'm sure it does at least 250 damage.

His heal is more of a triage heal, I feel that his main support role is the discord orb and being able to do decent damage himself.
His ult actually has longer staying power than Lucio's as long as nothing one-shots anyone if you notice that Lucio ult decays in about 3 seconds. Works better for tanks and general attackers, but less for squishies. It also activates instantly while Lucio needs to jump, it's much easier to react to Reaper's ult for instance.

When your winrate is consistently around 50% it means you are at the skill level/mmr you belong
You can't win all games, there will be games once in awhile where you will lose without being able to do anything, but that's how team games are sometimes
If you feel like you're truly better than the mmr you're playing in just keep playing and you will advance eventually, just because your winrate is at 50% it dosen't mean your mmr dosen't increase

Always always always the people complaining about Widow are people that can't play her. You fuckers complain about literally anything that kills you. While I by the majority prefer Widowmaker and I wouldn't mind a slight increase in charge time or reduction in charged bodyshot (hate the idea of bolt action), the only reason Widowmaker is so OP is really a lack of situation awareness.
More often than not, I die as widow because I'm not paying attention, or the other team pulls a counter on me (IE THE POINT OF THE GAME) I will always switch off of sniper when I am being focused by:
Bastions
Widows
McCrees
Tracers
Because their OPness is also derived from a lack of situation awareness.
McCree doesn't need a nerf either, and I never even play him and I am still consistently frustrated by High Noon.
The solution? Kill the fucker when you hear the words. I will always drop focus to headshot a nooning McCree

D.Va needs a straight buff.

Plenty of heroes need changes. The biggest offenders are beat stick ultimates that are useless in competitive play like Hanzo but make retards pick them and waste team slot with le leet potg, and broken heroes like McCree that would be fixed by just adding some sort of delay to their most offensive skills (add a delay to fan > can't fan twice in a row > McCree suddenly is not the team melting machine he was, easy fix.)
Widowmaker needs a slightly longer shot charge time, and her ult has to last longer, but have an update delay on movements (like a radar, not constant wallhack). Plus she doesn't really need 200hp, 150 of which 50 are shields would be accurate and make her more skill based.
D.Va needs an alternate shot or a complete change on her main lmb shot. It should apply a slowing debuff on enemies and not slow her down.
Zeny needs a tiny bit more health a bit of extra speed, or a levitate mechanic to make him access higher areas.
To fix all other heroes, we just need good accurate hitboxes. Junkrat, Hanzo, Tracer, etc all have a easy time dealing fucktons of damage because the hitboxes are the size of a small planet, 30% bigger head hitbox mean a lot towards dealing randomly high amounts of damage for no reason.
There's other stuff too, I guess, but this is just the most important.

I won't concede on the Ult change though. While it is a nasty enabler, pressing the button itself doesn't guarantee any kills, it just improves your ability to do so, as well as your own teams situation awareness. (Maybe remove the ability for team to see it?).
I play widow very offensively, rarely sniping from a distance, so abusing close corners with lower health may not be a good idea. Lowering widow health would just push me farther back, and turn me into the widow that everyone already hates. So fine, drop her health, I'll just change playstyles.
Zeny... okay. I would prefer a health buff though.

You're not playing her to her role because the easy hitboxes and fast as fuck recharge mean that she can act as a close range bruiser, which is wrong, and is a wasted slot. She needs to support her team by giving them a heads up about the enemy movements (ulti) and removing the most dangerous heroes from the fight (sniping from a distance)
What you want to play is Tracer, for the "other playstyle".

I'm not playing at a competitive level though, I'm on NA and most of my matches are with 40+ levels but theyre still all dumbos that Bacon Ults work on consistently. So I don't see the need for a competitive Ult when I'm not at a competitive level. + Blizz wants to appeal to casuals under the guise of professionals.

Because Widow shouldn't be able to. The fact that she can get closer and survive+deal damage means that on a distance she will land her shots AND get away easily, which like the Hanzo ultimate problem, means more people pick her without actually be a contributing factor to victory.
Making her more balanced also means taking the shitters away, once they see that they need to actually learn positioning and aiming, most will switch over to something else.
