Dragonpit and Oafdragon are gonna be your scales, it's obvious that Sky Iris and P.Call must be at 3, using Summoner's Art at 2-3 is a good idea.
1-2 Dragonpulse is nice.
Get Majespecter Kirin, Xiangke, Monkeyboard, Odd-Eyes Unicorn and Phoenix for your main deck.
I would propose you to get Vortex and Odd-Eyes Fusion, but the spell card is so expensive right now, might as well fuse with Splashmammoth.

EMEm (known as PePe here) wrecked shit for 2 weeks, then promptly got rekt by an emergency banlist. They still live on as Dracopals though. Magicians are still decent but Skullcrobat Joker and Wisdom-Eye (Insight Magician) got limited.
Current format is Kozmos (OTK deck focused on big untargetable beaters and destruction floating, sometimes mixed with Fire Kings since Island got imported), Monarchs (yes, Monarchs), aforementioned Dracopals, and Phantom Knights (often mixed with BA and Speedroids, known as "Dante's Downhill Wheelchair Race" or "Shin Rank 3 Tensei ft. Dante from the Devil May Cry™ series" or if you're a massive faggot "PK Fire").

Anon that went to Regionals here with Alternate-less Aryan-Eyes
My results from the tourney weren't too bad, I played against a variety of decks (which I wanted to do so I can see the overall skill match-up and see what it does best against.) It falls off hard against heavy beatdown decks with quick OTK combos or easy board set up like Performapal Pendulums and Mermails, but it does surprisingly well against Kozmos despite some brick hands (only reason why I lost is because the timer expired and he was doing some long ass shit and I had to play off the 6 turn rule penalty, with me at 1500 and him at 7500. I was so close to getting him down to enough life points but he had 2300 left.) Here were the match-ups in case anyone was interested:
Round 1: Kozmo (1-2, loss)
Round 2: Dracopals (2-1, win)
Round 3: Majespecter Odd-Eyes (1-2, loss)
Round 4: Qliphort Demise (0-2, loss; fucking Skill Drain)
Round 5: D/D/D (2-0, win)
Round 6: Burning Abyss (2-0, win)
Round 7: Mermails (0-2, loss)
Round 8: E-HEROs [I know, right???(2-0, win)
The only deck I didn't get to go against was Monarchs, but I did ask some Monarch players for some duels to test out its capabilities; still lost most of those match-ups with the exception of like 2 out of 6.
I also lost my favourite die, which makes me sad.

If the issue is bricking, try using mill cards like Ravine/Shrine/Mausoleum to get the vanillas out of the deck so they don't interfere with topdecks/draws.
That's what OCG does.
My current Kozmo sidedeck is the following.
3 Twin Twisters
3 System Down (Gotta win that Mirror)
2 Anti-Spell Fragrance
2 Mask of Restrict
2 Stygian Dirge
2 Effect Veiler
Now, my main question is what to change? I'm not sure about System Down, thinking of replacing it with Cydra + Chimeratechs in the extra for the mirror matchup. I can't afford Cherries, so I want Dirge for the BA matchup. However, I'm not sure what the final card in my side will be.
A third Mojo for the mirror?
A third Veiler for Monarchs? Maybe a third ASF to really screw over the Dracopals matchup most other Kozmo players are sleeping on. I think 2 MoR and 2 ASF as well as 2 Veiler is enough side against monarchs, especially if I bump any of them up.
Think the side could work with 3 ASF and no other changes, or is getting the Cyber Dragons + Chimeratech essential?

for instance you might have a blue eyes on field that gets shuffled by erebus, and then a second and then a third so the opponent knows you have 3 blue eyes, although this isn't as big of a deal since every BE deck runs 3

I was consistent in the top 150 range during the Shaddolls era when Super Poly was available. And again during Clown Shaddolls. Best advice I can offer is to keep grinding and not give up now. There's not much you can do if you don't draw your outs and your opponents do, assuming you have good ratios.
