Mori is better but any board change with haste is decent enough since used properly it can be an ending burst or 2 turns of skill charge and it still gives you turns to stock for delay resist.
It does hurt you in situations where you are doing co-op and you need 2 haste to use something like ra, but I never use him in co-op anyway.

High attack, HP, and her active is great. She can fit on many mono light teams. Even on row teams a single prong match with left over orbs will make her damage skyrocket.
For anything that can use L/D and doesn't need all 5 colors she is pretty much the best option. Even DQXQ + Lightning can make good use of her.
I'd replace my Baal with her in a heartbeat on my ADQXQ team because I do make light prongs fairly often.
