Those are modified launchers that load DDH faces instead of vanilla ones. Before AAFace it was the only way you could preview in realtime DDH faces. AAFace made them pretty much obsolete.

Actually I could use the help of someone who knows anything about 3d modeling and textures. The textures were separated into three files, the one you see here, one that is black and looks like a shading layer of sorts, and one of those blue and purple things I forget the name of, think it is depth map or something along those lines. If someone could tell me what to do with the last two or better yet a tutorial on how to apply them that would be appreciated.

Those additional textures might not be necessary at all. You won't know that for sure until you get it in game through SB3U and see how it actually looks.
While I'd love to see it as a hair I don't know if that idea would work as it does in my head. I would recommend treating it as an outfit.

It could use a class preset feature. That automatically has a class set up for you. it's kinda annoying finding and picking the right characters for your class every time, and random often picks up characters you don't want or duplicates.

Does anyone know anything about the mechanics behind raising h-compatibility?
Sometimes, I don't want to dick around 5 minutes in an h-scene, and just want to boost h-compability real quick to open all the possible h-actions.
... then just now I noticed one of my girls dropped from "Perfect" to "Great" and now I'm annoyed.
Is h-compability tied directly to relationship scores (love/like/dislike/hate) with the same sort of 30-point memory-wipe or something? I am beginning to wonder if h-compability even exists, or if it's just taken from the simple relationship score and the h-actions themselves have no affect on it.
As a side note, where can a teacher fuck a student undisturbed? Seriously. Students without Wild/Prez trait show up in opposite sex bathrooms, infirmary, teacher's lounge, pretty much fucking everywhere and being all like "OH HI". Can't get them to screw in their homes, either. meh

H-compatibility is affected I believe instantly by actions, and actions that do increase it will show end up causing those hearts you see coming out of the cursor during H-scenes.
If you don't have sex with a girl for a few days their H-compatibility will drop, and if you don't please them at all during H then the H compatibility will only increase a little per scene.
I don't believe it's connected to relationship score, but I could be wrong.
