You should try a larger amount of Sylvans for those times you need to blind mill. My deck has literally just the field spell, Sylvan Charity, the Sylvan normal trap, and 3 Lonefire for the cards that are not Sylvan monsters. Snapdrassinagon is a free excavation of anything from your deck when combined with the Field spell, and a mulligan when blind milled. The level 3 that destroys monsters can mill 2 for a blind mill, and every deck has SOMETHING that dies to it.

I really don't think you need Raigeki, Super Solar Nutrient, Twisters (especially if you don't run Snapdrassinagon), or even miracle fertilizer (the Sylvan trap can be topdecked, sets up combos and doesn't cut out your normal summon for the turn). As far as your extra I would cut out Leo and Stardust Spark for one more each of the 7 and 8 Sylvans, because they are legitimately really good cards that not only have non-targeting, non-destruction removal, also further expand your plays when they do so.

The one thing that worries me is that you don't have a way to summon DM during your opponent's turn, which means no disruption at all. I don't know how well they're going to work in a Pendulum Magician deck, but maybe you should try running Eternal Soul and Magician's Navigation and see how it goes.
You could also try running some OEM staples like Apex Avian and Majespecter Unicorn if you manage to make enough place for them.

Dude, Eternal Soul is damn near essential. It gives the deck recoverability and a way ot search a Feather Duster. The only shitty thing is if it gets Castel'd or whatever, but the drawback can be mitigated somewhat by keeping a Flare Metal or Dracossack on boardor if you want to go full meme-mode, Cairngorgon, and since you're running Pendulums you can just summon them all back next turn.

Alright, moved Omega to the side and added 62 and the third soldier in place of Terraforming.
First game I use it with I negate a Madolche effect with Crystal Wing, so they use double summon to go into 101 and steal it after I used 16 cards burning through my deck.

I'd recommend the Iron Wall man, it shuts me down easily. I had a fluffal player use soul release against me a few times at locals back in March which worked surprisingly well for him.
Other good sides include Vanity's, Chaos Hunter (discard fodder for ancient stone), or Retaliating "C"

This was used in early builds when people were trying to figure out how to play them IIRC, it definitely helps but you need one more to sustain both scales, leading people to use things like Scapegoat

Main difficulty in having a good decklist is that losing Chicken Game / etc really hurts the deck because now you have to run shitty cards, as well as any 242 draw engines potentially killing you by way of brick.
Mystletainn and Garuda are both comparatively bad now because they only represent half an Atum whereas Instant gives you a bonus lv4, Soul Charge gives you everything, and so on. If anything, I would probably test a White Stone engine because that gives you a "free" dragon that you can discard for Dearg to search Lechery with, but that's just running even more brick cards.
I honestly have no idea how to make it actually work, especially because there's *another* combo involving Cattle Call that gives you Red Crystal 38, which is only slightly worse than Ravine Phalanx Instant.
I don't know if any of you madmen will succeed, but maybe pic related can help as a starting point.

You're good with 1 or 2 of Thousand Knives, and 1 of Dark Magical Attack. Drop the ritual shit, Mystical Elf (lol), Dark Magic Curtain, Trap Hole, and Spellbinding Circle. The rest is personal choice for the most part (Magician of Black Chaos, DTLAD, Buster Blader, etc.)
Fiendish Chain is a fine replacement for the last card in the above list. As you can plainly see, Mirror Force is now unlimited. So is Marshmallon. Look at tourney-winning decklists and pick out some more of this format's staples.

Master of Pendulum Structure Deck is a good deck for beginners because it teaches you how to use Fusion, Synchro, Xyz and Pendulum Summon while being a decent deck by itself, but if you wanna play something you already know then buy the Monarch Structure Deck is about Tribute Summon big guys while having floodgates, also the Starter one has a ton of staples card and a common reprint of Eccentrick Archfiend, a pretty popular and useful Pendulum monster, so to answer your question, yes, all those decks are pretty nice.

Yes, but the good thing is almost all the decks receive support from time to time, and the newest english edition has some new Blaster cards so your deck will do pretty well if you update it.

Scaradiator is actually pretty decent. If they got some more rank 3s they could make a passable control/stun deck.
Worth noting that the R7 Digital Bug lets you detach Gae Dearg from Exa-Beetle in a Dragunity t1 combo (netting you a 2600 + a Phalanx), but I haven't figured out what you can do with it after that so the relevance isn't very high.
