I like your stacking Sunlight procs idea, but I don't think that'd be the change she needs. As she is right now she's just not very good as a disengage champion compared to those two, and only really shining on offense doesn't feel that attractive in a world where 5 man teleport ganks are fairly standard. So, each of kindred's auto-attacks have two components, one tick of their ad and one tick of their passive damage, it's not summed either, they appear as separate numbers
this means that with black cleaver, each auto attack grants two shred stacks, three autos would be enough to reach the 30% reduction cap, probably faster considering each Q granting one stack and each of wolf's bites from W also shredding away one stack
along with more hp and cdr plus the rage passive that you can't get from a boot enchant anymore
unless there's a high number of tanks on the enemy team to justify Dominik or a high number of healing to justify Mortal Reminder, why not build Cleaver on kindred?

I'd say her ult needs some buffs or changes as well. No damage, really thin, doesn't wall your position so you can only wall a lane off by being on the inside of map, telegraphed pretty hard, shows all of the affected area it'll wall to everyone and not just allies, pretty long cooldown for not much use and the likes.

Kindred nerfs stayed mostly. Losing 45 base damage on Q straight up and gutting her E Slow and Damage is pretty fucking brutal. Lucian fundamentally will be broken until they fix ADC itemization.
The Zed nerfs reversion was absolute bullshit though, especially since they kept the part about his Shurikens straight up doing more damage if you land 2+ while Death Mark is still as retarded as ever.

You mean autoing between abilities? That thing that most top lane champions do? Not only was there only one place to do that in her combo (between Qs) it was done automatically by the game, Qing them would automatically target them for an auto.

Her old kit didn't have an significant animation cancels unless you're talking about auto attacks which, again, everyone does.
Her old kit only required you to stack AD and mash out QQR from ahead to kill squishies and deal all of their health while mostly untargetable and recover any you lost. Her new kit not only requires you to actively pay attention to the fight while fighting, it requires you to pay special attention to your positioning and cooldowns rather than just mash all your buttons as soon as they're up.
