So, the basis of this theory is that the FNaF 3 minigames featuring Purple Guy luring away the animatronics and then getting Springtrapped doesn't take place after 1, but after 2. Rather than Purple Guy killing kids, letting someone else take the fall, and waiting years or even decades to destroy the evidence, Purple Guy instead destroyed the Withered animatronics after they were moved to the FNaF 1 location, but before it was fixed up. This gives a much more reasonable timeframe in which the Purple Guy would act to get rid of any evidence linking him to the child murders and offers and explanation as to why the FNaF 1 bots look so different compared to their Withered incarnations. The bots in the minigame don't represent their actual appearance but they're idealized appearance.
As for how Sister Location fits into this, I believe that the company that owns Freddy Fazbear's decided to have a fresh start to distance themselves from the Bite of 87, and their performers being destroyed offered them an opportunity. This explains why the Bonnie hand puppet is blue and why Funtime Foxy looks like a mix between Withered Foxy and Mangle. Concepts from the popular FNaF 2 location and concepts from the destroyed animatronics were combined together to make the "original" bots, and inspiration was taken from Balloon Boy to make Baby. The reason Springtrap is there is because workers found him in the safe room and figured that he was an old Fredbear model that was forgotten in the old building when it closed down, which also explains why a Springsuit was in the FNaF 1 location.
It's also possible that the events of Sister Location are what brought Springtrap to life, rather than it spontaneously happening for no reason at all.
Overall, it's a convulted mess of a theory that is completely unnecessary and makes the plot of prior games retroactively worse, which means it fits perfectly. But hey, that's just a theory.
