I haven't seen the flowchart, but I doubt it. I haven't completed everything, but the game generally has three routes: Pure route (which was boring as fuck, why did I do this first), slut route and empire cum-toilet route.
You start on the pure route, and at various points in the game you can lose, lose your virginity and then you'll be on the slut route, which basically just means that enemies can use H attacks on you and your commander will force you to whore yourself out for easier assassinations. And starting from chapter 4 or whatever, whenever you lose to the chapter boss you'll go to the cum-toilet route. This can happen from either pure or slut route.
So I'd imagine the flowchart is full of one-way arrows from pure to slut and cum-toilet and from slut to cum-toilet.

You need to turn each area lewd or something. Keep defeating guys in the areas until you level up the lewd in the areas like 3 or 4 levels. I think you need to defeat either 9 or 12 enemies in each area to max out the area.

Yeah. You need to defeat around 10 enemies on a map to conquer it (the screen will go red briefly after defeating your 10th enemy). Just leave the area, then go back and fight enemies until your 10th win.
After you conquer it, you'll see that the area has changed. Switch to Renge to get her prostitution/lewd scenes. Once you have done that for all the maps (City/Merchant/Nightclub/Slums) beat the game and get the good/true ending.
If you have the latest version (you do, don't you?) it also unlocks a replay viewer for all of the scenes and fights.

Playing VH_160522_translated_V1 and I had asked this in HGG while waiting for this thread. I cannot complete the goblin extermination quest. I recall it used to be you exit the town from the north and go right to the goblin cave. However this does not happen for me, I simply exit the town to the north. I killed goblins from level 5 to 10, just in case there was some hidden taily number. I'm at a loss.

I can't answer your VH question, but I can answer your MSE one.
MSE has monster infighting. Sometimes monsters will attack each other, usually under certain status effects. Some monsters will also use AoE attacks and not give a fuck that there are other monsters who would get caught in the blast. What you are seeing is monsters levelling as a result from killing other monsters.

For example, Dullahan's gimmick is him doing exactly that. So when you find him you need to lock him down and kill him as soon as you can. Or hope you found him with little to no monsters nearby.

Everything in VH has me moving constantly in one direction. I can only change the angle of my character with one of the arrow keys.

Anything above the minimum and warning level (5 I think) for the minotaur is easy if you exploit the pattern.

How do H-builds in MSE work anyway? I get that there are some useful inscriptions, but how do you get around the fact that your clothing gets wrecked almost immediately any time you're fucked?
As far as I knew, once your clothes are damaged beyond use, those inscriptions get disabled, and only one inscription will be left active on the uterus, which also has a good chance of getting overwritten by getting fucked.
