Idk mang I just got back into it and the generals died right as I started playing. Pretty depressed desu

>find belt that gives me 9% damage resistance for every companion
>9 million toughness jumps to 38 million toughness immediately
>go from getting one-shot in torment 5 to running through torment 8 with no fucks given

All the possible new expansion ideas kind of got introduced through patches and seasons
Only thing it can do is raise level cap, add a bunch of items and a new act. Items are being taken care of through seasons, kind of to a point of making a specific item drop soul crushingly unlikely.
