There is a LoS bug that they try to sell as a feature and last night when I did WC, LoS pull didn't seem to work either.

Yeah, that argument is getting brought up a lot on leddit right now too as a flood of new players post about how buggy and messed up Kronos is compared to Nostalrius; "Nost wasn't perfect either!"
The problem is that while Nostalrius certainly wasn't perfect, especially at launch, it got way better than Kronos, which didn't seem to improve at all in the same time period as Nostalrius did.
Kronos started better, Nostalrius quickly outpaced it from a technical standpoint.
