In curse you want to hit with D bug as much as possible. And in between D bug you want to do j.236C, 6C 6C 6C, j.2A j.2B and 2C. Starters can be very different, j.C, 6C, 2C, j.B, throw and, of course, ABCD bugs. You just cross opponents with teleport or jump or feints or j.2A or B or C while bugs hit them. Pro tip, even if opponent is stuck in blockstun, if you cross him as C bug hits him he'll drop barrier and get guard broken.
Not sure about non curse combos. It should go like this, i think https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=89k7wT07ZBI but i've seen Souji do different combos, like 5A 5B 2C 6D, i've yet to learn proper pre curse combos. They are quite hard.
In neutral you want to do j.B a lot, zone with spiders and j.D and spawn clouds, while doing occasional feints. Or constantly doing feints if you feel like it, since unless your opponent is really good he won't be looking for them.

Noels mixup game is nonexistent. It's slow as balls, unsafe, and without meter doesn't even get you all that much damage.
Any character with a consistent pressure game can absolutely wreck Noel if the player knows what he's doing. Her meterless reversal is a joke and her sad excuse for an anti-air requires pinpoint accuracy.
She is supposed to be a rushdown character, but has absolutely no approaches - her 2D loses to every anti-air in the game (except, of course, Noels 6A because it's ass). She has to rely on jump-ins and microdashes, but you can pressure with fucking Nu that way.
Celica has all the tools she needs to deal with her - a great air to air game, a good anti-air, a good reversal and normals that outrange Noels by a mile and then some.
Celica is infuriating to play against as Noel because she suffers from no pushback, meaning you can just stay on my ass forever, forcing me to jab out. Which doesn't really work if you can space yourself correctly, which you can.
Almost every character in the cast can destroy Noel just by having a solid neutral game, so my advice would be to train that.
And don't mash out of pressure, but that applies to every character ever.

You can't just use a reversal whenever you want. For example, I have to hitconfirm my 6B with 5D. If you block 6B, you can use 236C punish my 5D and I won't be able to do jack shit about it. If you read my d6D, 3C, 2C, any low in fact, you can punish it for free since it has L guard. It works a bit like my 4D, but my 4D loses to lows and head instead. It's an alright reversal if you can read your opponent.

Celica might be B-tier but she's an absolutely infuriating character to play against, especially with other B-tier characters.
For one, why does she have no pushback? Characters which have to rely on system mechanics to survive pressure (Lambda and Noel for example) are absolutely fucked if they get in a corner without 50 heat, since they can't barrier block to push you away. Jabbing out is suicidal too since her pressure is really tight. Granted, Celica dies to anyone with a DP, where no pushback is a bad thing, but characters without a proper reversal are fighting an uphill battle here.
Anyway, GGs. Celica's neutral might be stupidly better and infinitely easier than Noel's, but it doesn't mean that the matchup is unwinnable for me.I just need to git better.
